Sacred Circles, was conceived from the intent to connect, empower and inspire people through community, support, spiritual practices and love.
EXPAND YOUR PRACTICE
These 60 min zoom circles will have a monthly theme catered towards our wellbeing and improving the quality of your life with community and spiritual based themes. Our circle will always include a meditation, a moment to share/or listen, and of course lots of love and support.
I’ll share my knowledge and experience as a space holder, as well as a transformational coach. We’ll engage in elements of hypnotherapy, yoga, ceremony and meditation. I love to help people feel good, connected, and most importantly, I love helping people fall in love with their own energy.
