Whether you are an active yoga teacher, therapist or just a curious human being, this program is for you. It is built to support and expand your practice so you can know yourself on a deeper level. Create more clarity and peace in your life through meditation and self awareness practicum.

My meditation practice started in 1994 after a Near Death Experience. Over the last four decades I have cultivated a practice that has supported and nurtured me through many ups and downs. Life can be messy, your meditation practice is there to make sure you are cleaning yourself up! Metaphorically brushing your teeth, washing your face, and letting go of old items stored in the shed! 

ln this program I share my knowledge and experience as a space holder, as well as a Hypnotherapist, Energy Healer and Transformational coach. We’ll engage in traditional elements of meditation, ceremony and ritual. 

I love to help people feel good, connected, and most importantly, I love helping people fall in love with their own energy.
