Michelle was always an insightful child. Seeing energy and talking to spirits.
Wondering why sometimes people glowed….and sometimes they did not.
Then at the age of 17, after a near death experience in a car accident, Michelle knew there was a mystery worth unfolding. Broken from an inch of her life, Michelle's experience tore a hole in her reality she couldn't ignore.
Her journey to understand her experience brought her into a hypnotherapy training course as a teenager, and shortly thereafter she discovered yoga and meditation.
After decades of chronic pain from a fractured spine and multiple breaks on her pelvis - just a few of the injuries Michelle received in that car accident, Michelle was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Determined to live pain free, Michelle reversed her diagnosis two years later. Symptom and pain free, she also happily and almost accidentally fixed her spinal and pelvic issues. She credits her success to her regiment of meditation, yoga, Network Spinal Analysis, eating an anti-inflammatory diet, hypnotherapy, self love practice and strength building exercises.
Michelle is known to create a unique blend of Reiki and Hypnotherapy in her meditations. Meditations focus on deep healing. master manifestation, releasing past trauma and limiting beliefs about yourself. In her Hypnotherapy and Reiki sessions, Michelle is able to guide you in the release of past trauma and emotions trapped in the body. Often times these trapped traumas result in addictions, both physically and mentally. Addictions like Alcohol or negative self talk.
Always on the side of curious, Michelle continues to study and practice the art of wellness and connectivity. Finding peace and pleasure in holding the healing space for others. She has lived in five major cities, is a mom, a wife and a terrible surfer.
