Michelle and Justine believe in the power of holistic wellness to transform lives. Our approach is rooted in the philosophy that every individual is unique and requires personalized care. This incredible adventure retreat focuses on transformational coaching, yoga, meditation, and adventure in the jungle, all designed to help you rediscover your voice and achieve your goals. Michelle and Justine are highly trained transformational coaches who both have had incredible voice over careers. They are experts in helping others discover their voices by helping you listen to your heart and spirit! We are dedicated to supporting you on your journey towards optimal health and wellbeing. Come explore your true Self in the jungle and in the water with us. Together we will speak our dreams into reality. 

This retreat has carefully crafted days full of meditation, yoga, self discovery workshops, hiking, swimming, zip lining, waterfall walks (get ready to get wet!) and so much more. The healing nature of the jungle and the incredibly beautiful river, create a generous and warm environment.  You can join us on each adventure or sit some out, relaxing by the water in a hammock with your favorite book or friend, OR sit in the cascade fed natural pool on a floaty, Go on a conservation hike and plant a tree in the jungle... The options are up to you. We are there to support and guide your experience into the next level. 

Engage in workshops, and ceremonies to open your heart and clear your intention. Book 30-60 min. Private sessions with Michelle or Justine for integration and energy healing.  Learn how to speak boundaries, dreams and compassion.  Lock into the power of you voice.

ITENERARY

MARCH 23RD - Fly into San Jose, Costa Rica. Your hotel in San Jose is included in your stay at a double occupancy rate. If you prefer a single room, let us know and we can adjust your rate accordingly. You are responsible for your airfare, and uber to and from the airport to the San Jose hotel.  We are more than happy to help you navigate your travel plans! Hotel is sent upon receipt of full registration. 1st SLEEP San Jose

MARCH 24TH - Group is picked up at the San Jose hotel with a professional driver, and we are transported to the Pacuare River to raft into the Rios Lodge! At the lodge, rooms are assigned, and our Opening Circle commences! Breakfast buffet is included at the hotel, lunch and dinner at the lodge. 2nd SLEEP Rio;s Lodge

MARCH 25-27TH -  Daily retreat activities, and free time.  PLUS delicious farm to table food (3 meals daily plus, coffee, water and teas are included in your retreat package. There is a full service bar that is cash or credit card) Private sessions will be available with Michelle or Justine.  3rd, 4th and 5th SLEEPS Rio's Lodge

MARCH 28TH - Closing circle and raft or hike out of the lodge. Transportation takes us all back to the hotel in San Jose.  Optional Integrative group dinner in San Jose,.   6th SLEEP San Jose

MARCH 29TH - Fly out of San Jose. Breakfast buffet included at hotel.
